To officially reserve your date, I’ll need your signed contract and a $200 deposit. Your date and time are officially reserved once the contract is signed and the $200 deposit is received.

The remaining balance is due immediately after your photography coverage is completed on the day of your session or wedding.

Yes. If you’d like your coverage divided into separate portions of the day, I’m happy to accommodate that when my schedule allows. A $100 split-time fee applies.

Your coverage time is reserved exclusively for you, along with the planning and availability that goes into holding that time. If you finish early or decide not to use all of your contracted coverage, the package remains at its original price.

As a general guideline, you can expect at least 50 fully edited photos per hour of coverage, on average. Your gallery is not limited to that number, though. I deliver all the best images from your coverage, so you may receive significantly more depending on what we photograph that day.

Yes. Every image in your final gallery is fully edited, including adjustments to color, tones, exposure, light, and shadows.

My editing is designed to enhance the photograph and create a natural, polished result. I focus on the overall look and feel of the image rather than extensive editing or significant changes to the subjects.

Yes. You don't need to know how to pose or have any experience in front of a camera. I’ll give you direction throughout the session and let you know what to do, while still keeping things natural.

Of course. If there are specific people, moments, or group combinations you want photographed, let me know ahead of time so I can work them naturally into the timeline. For larger group photos, having someone help gather everyone makes the process much faster and keeps us on schedule.

Absolutely. You can choose the locations you’d like to visit, and if your coverage allows enough time, we can include more than one. If you’re not sure where to go, I can also help you plan the best options for your time.

Just let me know as soon as possible. I’ll do my best to work with you if your plans change, including changes to your schedule or locations.

The $200 deposit is non-refundable and reserves your date and time exclusively for you. If you need to cancel or change your date, please let me know as soon as possible. If I’m able to fully replace your original date with another booking, I may be able to refund the deposit. For serious emergencies, exceptions may apply as outlined in the contract.

No. I deliver the finished, professionally edited photos from your coverage. RAW and unedited files are not included.

I’ll send you a small preview gallery within 2–3 days, followed by your full gallery within approximately 3–4 weeks. Depending on my workload, your full gallery may be ready sooner.
